"Patrick catered our wedding reception at our homestead, and it was truly amazing. Our wedding was outdoors and informal, with about 75 guests. The reception followed, and was buffet style. The guests were thrilled with the brisket and ribs especially, and the pulled pork was so tender and well-seasoned that I didn’t even need BBQ sauce, which was a lovely surprise! It was all perfect."
