Sweet Chipotle Catering offers affordable buffet catering to the Jefferson City area that is ideal for weddings, businesses & small events.  Buffet catering involves placing many trays of different kinds of food on tables and allowing your guests to casually mingle while moving from tray to tray selecting whichever tasty items they prefer.

Fresh crudités & domestic cheese tray served with assorted crackers & dip, fresh seasonal fruit display, caesar salad, tortellini pasta salad, grilled chicken breast with dijonnaise sauce, sliced roast beef au jus, rice pilaf, vegetable du jour, rolls & butter, assorted desserts

Choice of two pastas, tuscan vegetable medley, roasted
zucchini & squash, breadsticks, mixed green salad
 
Pasta Choices
Three cheese tortellini pasta, lasagna-beef red lasagna or white chicken lasagna, spaghetti marinara or bolognese, pasta primavera pasta con broccoli, fettuccine carbonara with chicken pancetta

Fajita Buffet
Choice of chicken or beef fajitas, cheese enchiladas, Spanish rice,
refried beans, chip and salsa, chefs choice of desert

Mixed green salad with assorted dressings, pan fried chicken &
fried pork chops, served with golden mash potatoes, seasoned
green, buttered corn, cornbread, banana pudding &
pecan pie, sweet tea

Baked potatoes & toppings of chili & broccoli cheese soup, cheese,
salsa, bacon, green onions with mixed green salad,
chefs choice of dessert

Mixed green salad with assorted dressings, red skin potato salad,
pasta salad, grilled pork tenderloin, fried chicken, barbecue ribs,
candied yams, beans with bacon and onion,

Louisiana seafood gumbo, sliced fresh seasonal fruit, peppered cole slaw,
